For some of you out there being organized might still mean writing your to-do tasks on the good old diary; your organizing partner since long. However, with the fast-paced world of today, getting organized on the go is required. With your iPhone, this process is made smooth as you don’t have to carry anything around like paper or pen and can alternatively write things in your to-do apps.

Here are some of the to-do apps which you could install on your iPhone!
While it may not seem very easy of an app to figure out in the beginning, Awesome Note certainly proves to be one amazing app. It enables you to synchronize with Evernote as well as Google Docs. To have an idea of what tasks are to come over the next few months, you also have an option of monthly calendar view in Awesome Note.
You can make different folders, customize how they look and keep track of all sorts of information.

Within a few weeks of installation, you will use it all the time, as it’s very powerful and flexible, but also offers a very simple interface. It’s great for different tasks in different categories at a glance. You can use it by setting start dates for every to-do, and then you can “snooze” some tasks by moving the start date to another day. The app also has the ability to sync with contacts.
However, the single missing feature for some is the ability to share task lists with friends, family or colleagues. This, however, is applicable to those of you who are more from the business community. Other than that, the app works wonders but does have a hefty price tag.

The extra feature of this app is that it has a web version as well, which means you can access the app while being at work, without checking your iPhone. This app will get you “organized in seconds”, will also help you “delegate tasks” in shared projects, “measure” your daily progress and make you “feel calm and in control of your life”. If you find your life and routine overwhelming then Todoist is the solution. iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and macOS, all can have it. You may use some basic features of this app for free or get the premium version for yourself.

Wunderlist is easy to use app with a streamlined interface and most importantly is free of cost. However, it has no monthly calendar view and lacks email sharing, which for many out there is very important when it comes to getting a to-do app. An interesting feature is that priority items can be starred and accessed from a separate tab, where you can also add due dates and notes. It also offers a free web version for times when the iPhone isn’t with you just in case.
In order to access more features like unlimited file attachments and tasks assignments, you can avail the $5/month or $50/year offer.

If you have to pick the sleekest designed app on this entire list, the answer is Clear. If you are a fan of pinching, dragging and swiping, you would certainly love this app.
It will also help you “declutter” your life and you can take your life anywhere with iCloud sync.
There is one drawback however that it doesn’t let you organize stuff by days, just lets you have tasks. Which might not be loved by everyone.

With a clean and simple interface, ToodleDo will help you manage your daily tasks. With each task, you can set priorities and due dates, assign it to a folder, schedule reminders, and much more. With ToodleDo you can make notes, track your habits and make lists. It will also work on your Apple Watch if you have one. If you are some who wants things really simple, which mainly includes nothing more than a task description, due date, and category, you will have to probably find another app. But if you need depth, details and power, Toodledo is one of the best available options.

TeuxDeux is an app limited to iPhone only but does have a web version as well.
It does offer the basics with a nice and clean interface but is fairly simple for people who would want to get more out of a to-do app.
Doesn’t work with the Apple Watch.

Ita offers a two in one kind of a deal as it is a List app and a to-do app. It doesn’t have a web version. Surely does miss out on some important features like reminders and due dates. If you are more inclined towards making lists then you will find the app fine.
For the ones looking for more detailed features, you can look into the other apps mentioned in the list here.

If making simple lists is your desired way of working, ThingList will work fine for you. This can be as simple as making a grocery list or a list of chores to be done in a day. Other than this, the app doesn’t have much to offer and keeps things very simple.
For added features, there are other apps which will help you get tasks done in depth. The only pro, in this case, is that this app is free.

With Things 3 you can create lists, sub-lists, tag as well as schedule tasks. You also get to sync things with iPad and Mac versions of this app. There is no doubt about Things being one of the most powerful to-do apps available out there.
Your routine tasks and to-dos do not remain cluttered and you will get a clear idea of your tasks that need your attention. Simple, easy and effective app this is.
